04/21/2009 - Last Thursday the Wrigley Mansion hosted the 2009 Hall of Fame Culinary Chef Extraordinaire Dinner. The nominees were Matt Carter from Zinc Bistro and Mission, Nobuo Fukuda from See Saw, Lee Hillson from T-Cook’s at The Royal Palms, and Michael Rusconi from Lon’s at The Hermosa Inn.

Last Saturday night, Mission owner Brian Raab decided to rally the staff and ambush Carter with a celebration befitting the winner of the Monaco Grand Prix. Congrats to Matt Carter. He’s on a roll
